Blue Note is a Lavezzi 40 type catamaran from the Fountaine Pajot shipyard, which can accommodate 14 people, moored at the port of La Flotte. They are also two seasoned marine friends, Yves and Bernard, the latter, musician and great jazz lover, at the origin of the name Blue Note! It is also an activity distributed between the Ile de Ré, from April to October and the Antilles the rest of the year. Yves, who is attacking his fifth season on the island, has been crazy about sailing since childhood. A CHOICE OF A LA CARTE WALK On board his catamaran, he offers all kinds of walks, starting with a two-hour discovery outing. A little time on the water around the ramparts of St-Martin, and, if you are with your family, a good way to discover the activity. The half-day outing (allow about 4 hours) allows you to go to the Fier d'Ars by passing St-Martin and Loix. Depending on the weather, it may be possible to take a swimming break.The boat is a different way to discover Ré, because in the north of the island, there are places that are only accessible by boat. The "short day", lasting five and a half to six hours, allows Yves to take his passengers to the Bûcheron bench where he stops over a good hour and a half. This stopover offers the possibility of having a picnic at on board or on the bench, to bathe and enjoy the place. At high tide, Yves anchors in front of La Loge beach and everything is always possible: coffee, swimming, in a friendly atmosphere! Aperitif and picnic are also welcome on board! The full day offers to sail to the Isle of Aix and approach the famous Fort Boyard. A two-hour stopover on the island allows, depending on the mood: picnic, stroll or restaurant.
